Hotel Caroline Mathilde - Celle

Had a great stay! The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially loved the fresh options. The peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for unwinding. Just a bit of a walk to the train station, but totally worth it for the charm!

Excellent inclusive breakfasts. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Friendliness of staff. Excellency and value for money of the canape winebar/bistro restaurant. Availability of swimming pool & Sauna.

Lack of Tea/Coffee making equipment in the Bedroom

Friendly service, well-appointed a double room with a French bed and AC, for example. Peaceful and nice location in a residential area with free parking if needed. And really close to the town centre, the historical center and the restaurant for dinner...

Loved the comfy rooms and the breakfast was great with tons of variety. Free parking was super convenient, and the place is just a short stroll to the charming old town. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, felt right at home!

The breakfast room was beautiful with natural light.

The quality of the pillows in my room left much to be desired, as they felt old and uncomfortable, which disrupted my sleep. The indoor pool area seemed to be smaller than expected, leaving little room to relax after a busy day.

Breakfast buffet was good, location to town centre was just 5 minute walk, bathroom was fresh and clean.

The room was supposed to be a double room and yet the bed was only 140cm and there was only one night table although there was enough space to include a second. The soundproofing of the rooms wasn't very good either. Not what I would consider 4 star quality, and certainly not for the price.

The accessibility to the Altstadt was fantastic. The service quality was great. The staff went out of their way to assist me with local tips! I appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff throughout my stay.

It was just a perfect match for short visits in Celle with fantastic value. The room was clean, well-equipped with a coffee machine, a nice surprise. Try to avoid breakfast rush between 8 and 9.

This place has an awesome and convenient location in a peaceful area. the room is a good size and nicely furnished with AC, a bathtub, and a French bed. 🌟.

The room was luxurious and a nice size with a safe, TV set, and a mini bar fridge. the hotel is based in a lovely building in a good and quiet location, and it's at a medium distance from Klemm's Smoke Haus.

Free internet, small pool and sauna, comfortable rooms, nice bathroom, coffee express and fridge in room. 4 stars inside rooms. Fireplace area for reading and relaxation. Spacious rooms, excellent fresh breakfast buffet, walking distance to old town. Great amenities including indoor pool and sauna. Quiet, green location near river, 7 min walk to centrum. Recommended for relaxed time. Good breakfast, fresh food.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Celle. The location was ideal, close to the bustling town center. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a fantastic rain head shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area, although small, was perfect for a refreshing swim. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant overnight stay in Celle.
